We offer different balloon decorations and personalized favors. Organic balloon decor, classic balloon decor, balloon bouquets, and letter/number balloon frames are just the most popular ones. Whatever the occasion is, we will make it even more special.
To book any of our services, we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer. This will hold the date for your event. All the balances are required to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Final payment is due no later than 2 weeks before your event. For last minute bookings (2 weeks or later), full payment is required upfront.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, we do not refund cancellations. But retainers/payments are transferrable depending on our availability.
YES. A contract must be signed prior to the date in order for us to book your event. A contract is in place to protect both parties.
We do not have a minimum to book our personalized favors but we do have a minimum of $400 for any installation/set up.
Since weather is unpredictable, we will discuss a PLAN B for your event.
Any event with rental item/s will require to have a credit card on file and can be charged anywhere from $300-$1000 based on the damage.
YES! We can design anything for you. Just let us know what exactly you needed and we will do our best to accommodate it. We can also add any images on the design if you want it more personalized, for no extra cost.
